Her recent operational work includes a healthcare-throughput engagement at a 400-patient-per-month primary care clinic in Lima, Peru, where she identified intake as the system constraint and led a redesign that cut patient wait times by 50% and no-show rates by 40%.
She previously founded ZØNA, a two-sided consumer marketplace that scaled to 100,000+ downloads in its first year.
